Return & Exchange

We want you to love your solar gadgets and camping gear from SunergySolutions. If
something isn’t right with your Outdoor Solar Camping Tent Light, Portable Solar
Panel Charger, or any other product, here’s how our return and exchange process
works:

Returns

• Timeframe: You have 15 days from delivery to return an item.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same
  condition as received.
• Process: Contact us at sunergysolutionsrs@gmail.com with your order
  number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if
  applicable). Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your
  original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Exceptions: Custom orders or heavily used items may not be eligible.

Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your Hiluckey Solar Charger Power Bank
  arrives faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of
  delivery with photos of the issue.
• Wrong Item: Got an LED Outdoor Camping Light instead of what you
  ordered? Let us know, and we’ll swap it out ASAP.

Shipping Costs

• Returns for refunds: Customer covers return shipping unless the item is
  defective or incorrect.
• Exchanges: We cover shipping for defective/damaged replacements.
